Room 504, Monday Morning

Ino, unlike most the rest of Fandom today, woke up and was perfectly a-okay with the world. She was chirpy, even.

And giggling whenever she looked over to the spare bed in her room, and saw Ichigo there. She’d be less amused if he woke up still all mentally ill-like, but Ino figured that, for now, she’d just take the hopeful route and assume it had worn off over the night.

Because she couldn’t wait to mock him mercilessly.

"What?" he asked confused, not following. "What game?" Had he played a game this weekend?

She grinned.

"You talked first."

He glared. "That doesn't count! I wasn't myself. You talked first this morning!"

"It counts," she insisted. "You can't claim Fandom Whacky to cover that!"

"I wasn't in control of myself!" he argued. "Do you think I'd have jumped you like that if I was?"

"Doesn't matter," Ino said, leaning close. "I won. Admit it. You broke first."

"I lost my mind! It doesn't mean I won a stupid game," he bristled, his glare turning into a scowl.

"I won," she insisted. "Totally did."

He made a face, huffed and crossed his arms. "If that's the only way you can win."

"Does that mean you'd like a rematch?" Ino asked, narrowing her eyes at him.

He smirked. "I don't think you can handle it."

"That a bet?"

"We already had a bet, didn't we? You're just trying to cheat your way out of it," he pointed out.

"You're the one that doesn't want to concede that I won, and did it fairly," she said. "I'll prove it, if I've got to."

"I wasn't myself. I jumped off a cliff and died or something! I think that constitutes as not being myself!" he argued.

"The rules said nothing 'bout allowing whacky to throw off the bet," she snapped back. "And, as such, it counts."

"If you were bit by a gremlin that forced you to constantly sing, you'd be pleading whacky too!" he pointed out.

She so would be.

"You don't know that," Ino insisted.

Ha! "You're not denying it," he pointed out, rather smug too.

She whacked him on the head.

"I wouldn't be!"

"Hey!" he complained as he rubbed his head. "You just healed that!"

"So I'm perfectly allowed to break it again!" No, that didn't make sense. "And I still won, if you're not up for the challenge of doing it again."

"I'm up for it," he sneered. "But I wouldn't want you to have to miss talking to me."

"Who'd miss talking to you?" she scoffed.
