Room 504, Monday Morning

Ino, unlike most the rest of Fandom today, woke up and was perfectly a-okay with the world. She was chirpy, even.

And giggling whenever she looked over to the spare bed in her room, and saw Ichigo there. She’d be less amused if he woke up still all mentally ill-like, but Ino figured that, for now, she’d just take the hopeful route and assume it had worn off over the night.

Because she couldn’t wait to mock him mercilessly.

She didn't mind that kiss, it was him and that was perfectly okay with her.

There was no ratio! She was just teasing him.

Ino grinned, when she pulled away. "Feel better 'bout the one true love thing?"

"Gah! Put a sock in it," he grumbled and finally pulled back to try and find his shirt.

"You love it," she sing-songed. "Don't deny it."

Hidden shirt was hidden!

He was still going to try her closet again, dammit. It had to be in there eventually. "I am denying it."

She sniffled.

And hid a grin.

"I'm ignoring you," he informed her as he pulled the closet open.

Ino contemplated one time leaving a bunch of underwear and bras out for him to find. It'd be funny if he flailed.

"Excellent job you're doing," she noted.

"I think so too," he agreed, that shirt had about the same... Nope, long sleeves.

She giggled. "Generally," Ino said, "you don't talk to the person you're ignoring."

"I'm ignoring certain aspects," he clarified. Stupid shirt not being there.

"Like kisses?" she asked, flopping back on her bed.

At least she couldn't see him flush now. He hoped. And this time he did ignore her as he closed the closet and wandered to the other side of the room.

She just grinned and watched him.

He moved around, inspecting this and that in the hopes of finding his shirt. He couldn't really turn her room upside down with her watching. "I am eventually going to find it, you know," he told her.

"Maybe," she said agreeably. "Maybe not."

"I am," he finally plopped back down on the edge of the bed. "There aren't any classes, right?"

"It's break week," she said, and that came out sulkily.

Guess who didn't like break weeks?

He blinked and glanced at her, not quite believing, but when he did, he laughed. "I'm sure you can survive a week without classes." He paused. "Or mister Tyler. Maybe he's got office hours."

[intraspective]

"...why would I have issues with not seeing Tyler-sensei?"

A beat.

"And his office hours are today."

...that probably didn't help her case, did it?

"You already admitted that you like him," he pointed out. Shut up, she'd been mocking in, nowh e could mock her back. Even when he was shirtless.

"He's my favourite teacher! And he's attractive to look at," she protested. "Doesn't mean I'll pine without seeing him."

"You were pining," he teased.

"I was not," she insisted. "I just get bored when there's no classes."

"Then you're just lacking imagination," said the boy who kept bugging her during work because he got bored.

She wrinkled her nose at him. "That's rich coming from you."
