Room 504, Saturday Night

[intraspective]

Ino could sing just fine thank you very much even though Ichigo was a bit of an idiot about it and was proving that, this evening, but singing at the top of her lungs with the radio up and blaring, not caring that she didn’t know half the words to the songs, and dancing around in her room in her pyjamas.

With the door wide open. As you do.

What? She was having fun! Loudly.

Take that, Ichigo!

"You do not," Ino said, rolling her eyes. "Seriously now."

"I run a club. I have a job. I go to classes. And I go on a lot of missions."

Which, when she thought about it, sounded like excuses for not getting out enough. "I get out plenty!" she repeated.

"Those all sound like excuses to me," she taunted.

"Hey, that's what I was hearing from you about coming to gun club," Triela countered weakly.

[intraspective]

"That's one excuse," she said, grinning. "Not a load of them."

"Now you're just splitting hairs," Triela rolled her eyes good-naturedly.

"And you're surprised by this?"

"I suppose a shouldn't be," Triela snorted. Then reached out to grab a lock of Ino's hair so that she could pretend to examine for split ends.

Ino eyed her dubiously. "What're you doing to my hair?"

"Seeing how many of them are split," Triela tried to say with utter seriousness. She was... somewhat successful? Except for that grin.

Ino tugged her head away from Triela. "I seriously don't need another hair cut."

"I suppose this one will do," Triela teased.

"As long as Ichigo likes it, anyway." She said his name in a sort of sing-song voice.

[intraspective]

That got a bit of a grin. And a pillow flung at Triela.

"He does, just so you know."

Triela caught the pillow without any apparent effort, or even thought. It was just a reflexive thing. (It didn't occur to her to toss it back, though.)

"Well, then, I suppose you won't have to cut it again."

"Just trims to keep it up," she said, "and I'm not due for another week at least for that."

Triela reached back and grabbed one of her own long tails of hair to examine critically. "Looks like I'm fine too."

Then she cocked her head, "Where do you get yours cut anyway?"

[intraspective]

"On the mainland," she said, shrugging. "It's a bit of a pain, really, but whatever."

"You should let me cut it," told her seriously. "It would totally save time and be easier."

[intraspective]

"I didn't know you cut hair," she said, looking interested.

"Yep," Triela grinned. "I'm not a professional, but I'm good." She waved one of her pigtails to illustrate. "I cut all the girls' hair back home." She smirked, "I shudder whenever I go back and see what they look like because I'm not around."

"How cruel," she giggled, "not being around to cut their hair."

"And whoever does it while I'm away," Triela shuddered dramatically. "It's never even."

Ino laughed. "Lucky for me though--my own hairdresser!"

"I don't know if I'd go that far," Triela grinned. "But I could trim it for you if you wanted." She might even offer style advice, but... Triela thought pigtails looked good...

"Triming works," she said, laughing. "I'm not really picky beyond that. Low maintenance is a good thing."
