Room 504, Friday Just After 2nd Period

Boys, Ino had decided, we bound and determined today to royally piss her off. Between creepy-Tyler, and Michael pointedly ignoring her in Chemistry, and then with Ichigo being hurt again and then having to shear sheep in Phys Ed…

…It was a foul temper sort of day.

“You,” Ino informed Ichigo sharply, as she opened the door to her room. “Are an idiot. Get inside.”

[For that boy she’s calling names. And he’s totally modded with permission.]

"I wouldn't take the pillow with me," he assured her. "So you'd still have it. I'm not a thief."

"And I am, right?" She sighed a bit. "Oh well."

"You stole my shirt," he pointed out, nudging her with his shoulder.

"Totally worth it," she decided.

"You're insane," he felt the need to tell her.

"I've heard worse," she said comfortably.

"Again, not surprised," he closed his eyes. What? He was comfortable and tired.

"No sleeping," she said, nudging him. "It'll mess with your head."

He frowned, but didn't open his eyes. "Why would it mess with my head?"

"Because you get used to one routine and then if you mess it up you're out of it."

Yes. Really!

Ichigo blinked his eyes open and glanced at her. "Routine as in sleeping with you?"

"No!" she protested. "Just the time of day!"

"Oh," he flushed and it did go all the way down. "Right."

She watched the flush unabashedly.

"Honestly."

"Fine. Of course. I didn't think anything else," he said quickly.

That got a laugh. "See how the corrupt teenage boy denies everything!"

"I'm not corrupt! I meant just sleeping," he argued instantly.

"Half naked," she added helpfully, "in a girl's bed."

Ichigo sat up in a flash and reached for his shirt to pull it on again.

"I didn't mean to put your shirt on," Ino protested. "Just no sleeping."

"Yeah, but you think I'm a pervert," he pointed out as he tugged the shirt on.

"It's a joke, geez," Ino said, rolling her eyes. "You're so easy to fluster."

"You make me!" he shot back, which... wasn't that good of a come back at all.

"You might want to think a bit more than that before speaking," she said, giggling.

She had a point there and scowled at her, annoyed that she was right. "Whatever."
