Huggable Kitten Living Room, Friday Late Morning

Cal the hyena was Not Happy with her.

Ino supposed she couldn’t really blame him, but whatever. “You were totally given fair warning,” she informed him, tying a pale green ribbon around his neck. “And, seriously, you’re getting off lightly. It would’ve been much more fun had you been a kitten or something.”

That got a bit of a huff. Clearly he thought it was quite bad enough.

She hugged him, because she could when he was in this form. "At least this one isn’t pink? I’ve got more pink ones, you know." Ino had a lot of ribbons, and bows, and poor, poor Cal had been her latest victim of them for a few hours now. Hours. He didn’t seem to think that this current ribbon was much of an improvement either.

He, obviously, was very sick of all of this. But Ino had his leash, and now she had quite a lot of photos that he’d definitely rather she didn’t have. Too bad for him. Ino liked her photos of him all ribboned and bowed.

"Smile," she told him as she raised her camera again.

Cal did his best to roll his eyes at her. She stuck her tongue out at him and took the picture. They’d be here a good while yet if she had anything to say about it.

That got another huff from Cal. Ino laughed.

"Did you get pictures of him in the t-shirt?" she asked. "And this is totally something I feel is necessary for any student-turned-animal. Embarrassing yet adorable photos. Lucas said I should open a business for it."

[Neither am I, I think it's a general thing today. Arg. *kicks LJ*]

"Oh yah, I got lots of pictures which I will double for you as well," she giggled. "And Cal. I think he should have his own little photo album of when he was a hyena so he'll remember the week fondly. And oh my gosh is it just me or is this animal business lastin' longer than it should?"

A business. That was cute.

"If you open a business for it, I'll totally work for you."

"Oh, he'd love that," she laughed. "Possibly. Eventually." Ino considered that. "I don't think it's crazy-long yet? I know someone," Andrew, "who was a bunny for, like, ten days so we're still in an okay amount of time."

"I'm not sure how much business I'd get if I opened one," a pause as she took a few more pictures of Cal, "but I'd totally hire you, if I did."

"Yah, he won't, but I think he should," she chuckled. "After all, we took the time to make him look pretty. I even tried to give him a bath," Amber told her with a look directed at Cal. "That didn't go over too well."

Amber smirked. "Ten days, wow. I hope I never turn into an animal but bein' where we are, it's bound to happen."

Cal rested his head on his paws and looked pitiful. Ino just switched the colours of the bow, and patted him on the head. "I'm so sorry I missed that," Ino said, giggling. "A bath, seriously?"

Ino rolled her eyes. "I know, right? I'm seriously hoping though 'cause with Fandom's sense of humour I can make a guess at what I'd be and no thanks, really."

"It proved too difficult," she mused softly. "He ended up with me in the tub with him and by then I was just too frustrated to care how dirty he was."

Amber tilted her head, grinned wide. "Yah? What do you think you'd be?"

Ino was just going to laugh at that. "You should've called me for help! He wouldn't have stood a chance then."

She wrinkled her nose. "I'm betting on a baby boar, or piglet, honestly."

Her name meant 'boar'. That was totally unfair when she considered what Fandom was likely to do to that.

"A piglet!" Amber giggled. "Aw, how cute you'd be!"

"I'd be a pig!" Ino protested, snapping another picture of Cal. "Totally not cute."

"Totally cute. I would put a little bell on you with a pink ribbon."
