Room 504, Friday Early Evening
It was getting colder, and Ino wasn’t all that fond of the cold unless there was also snow that she could throw at people, so Ino’s dress for tonight was a bit warmer than she liked her dresses.
But warmth won out over favouring lighter fabrics. She added tights, and casual heeled boots and left her hair down. Slightly dressed up yes, but nothing (hopefully) that would send him running for the hills.
[For that boy who flails a lot.]

Dressing smart? Was not as simple as it sounded, but he'd had some help to find the right button-down shirt and jacket to go with it. He stalled in front of Ino's door, making sure he hadn't managed to crumple his jacket up already. Then checked his hair only to remember there was nothing to check about his hair.
Okay then. He took a deep breath and then knocked. He could do this.

Stop over thinking, Kurosaki.
He opened the door and oh hey... Was he underdressed? He needed to make a compliment now, right? Right. He was going to think of one any time soon. After he stopped staring. "Hi."

"You um..." Something that wasn't daggy or lame. "You look good."

"Thanks," he said and even if his compliment was basic, the amount of staring wasn't. "I'm not late, am I?"

"Not late at all," she assured him, and that, really, made her happy too. "I just finished getting ready early."
She's been a bit excited. Ino stepped over to him, snagging her purse, and daringly pressed a quick kiss to his cheek.

"The Sushi Station," she agreed.
